Cuida Molina: Citizen Incident Reporting App

Cuida Molina is an application designed for citizens to report incidents in public areas throughout the municipal area of Molina de Segura. The app aims to encourage civic collaboration to maintain and enhance the city. Users can easily report issues such as water network breakages, container conditions, street or garden cleanliness, fallen traffic signs, or streetlight outages.

Users can track the status of their reported incidents, whether resolved or in progress, from anywhere. To use the app, users need to download it and register via email. Upon registration, a link is sent to activate the app. Users can then select the service category (water, cleaning, public lighting, gardens, etc.) and the type of incident to report. The app allows users to use their device's GPS to pinpoint the incident location and attach photos if necessary.
